Our MMA Leeds Classes
Our MMA classes are taught by instructors with many years of experience in Thai boxing, Kick boxing and other forms of striking. While the MMA sessions are focused largely on striking, ground fighting is also included in this session.
Multiple MMA Leeds Classes
We provide Leeds MMA classes most evenings throughout the week. Our MMA sessions are full of friendly people who all want to see each other improve. We cater to those who want to compete in MMA fights, or those who wish to learn a practical form of self-defense.

For your first class, wear comfortable athletic clothes such as a T-shirt and shorts. It is advised you bring a gum shield if you are sparring.
Absolutely not! MMA is a great way to improve your fitness, and everyone starts at their own level. Our
classes are designed to be accessible and progressively more challenging as you build your skills and
strength.
You don’t have to spar if you’re not ready, but it’s a great way to improve and put what you’ve learned into
practice. It helps you gain real-time experience and build confidence on the mat!
Yes! Private 1-on-1 or small group lessons are available upon request via email and can be tailored to your
specific goals and skill level.
Yes, you’re welcome to observe a class to see if it’s the right t for you. Please contact us in advance to
arrange a time.
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the instructor may not allow you to join the class, as it can be disruptive. Be sure to check the class schedule for the exact start time.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a martial art and combat sport system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. We have both BJJ Gi and No-Gi Classes.
Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed martial arts is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, using techniques from other combat sports and martial arts. Our classes put a large focus on striking.
Kids Classes

Students will learn that there is a time and a place for martial arts training. We focus on self-defense and confidence building along with improving your child’s motor skills, agility and flexibility.
